The Human Animal Method
Rewild your body in 8 weeks.
Pairs well with
Humans are the ultimate movers.
Why did we stop moving like it?
We can run, jump, crawl, swim, lift heavy things, and swing from bars above us.
But somewhere along the way… we stopped.
We sit more than we squat.
We train in boxes and chase aesthetics — while forgetting how to hang, jump, and move from the ground with ease.
We’ve lost the basics.
And it’s costing us our strength, our mobility, and our confidence.
The Human Animal Method is a 8-week program to rewild your body through movement that’s natural, fun, and potent.
Real humans. Real results.
Feels good to just move the way the body wants to move.

What if you’re not broken —
Just disconnected from how you were meant to move?
Do you have stiff joints? A tight lower back? A tad overweight?
Could pain and tight muscles be linked to losing our fundamental human abilities?
Your body was built to:
✔️ Sit on the ground comfortably
✔️ Rest in a deep squat
✔️ Hang from a bar overhead with ease
✔️ Run barefoot in the grass — without pain
But most of us have lost those abilities.
And it’s showing up as tightness, weakness, and disconnection.
We can become strong, flexible, and fast.
And even better…
We can feel excited to move our bodies.
Like we did as kids — moving not because we think we have to,
but because it feels good.
Because it's what we were born to do.
The missing piece.
Rewild your movement.
There’s more people exercising today than ever before.
You can scroll through Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and find endless fitness content. Yet what becomes popular is usually about building muscle or becoming stronger.
But some of us are uninspired by the traditional forms of exercise.
Even worse—tons of lifting and running can make you feel stiff, achy, and disconnected from your body.
You might look stronger… but you feel less athletic.
Rewilding your movement is a return to movement patterns that have been in our DNA for thousands of years.
It’s not the only way to train, and it’s not right for everyone.
But for those who connect with it, the value is deep:
- The body becomes more supple and agile
- Mobility returns naturally—without endless drills
- You stay strong for real life without wrecking your joints
- Athleticism comes back—and so does your connection to the primal side of movement
Each week, we explore...
The 5 Primal Patterns
These are the foundations of how our bodies are meant to move. When we train all five together, we restore the natural human and animal capabilities we all have inside us.

Inside the Method:
8-Week Progressive System
You'll get 4 core sessions every week: Movement, Primal Conditioning, Stretching and Rope Flow. Each session builds on the last, layering skill, complexity, and control as you go.
Tutorials for Every Movement
Learn exactly how to crawl, roll, swing, and lift — with step-by-step breakdowns that make every session clear and accessible. Build real skill, not just reps.
Bonus: Rope Flow and Stretching Routines
These optional add-ons help you round out the method. Use Rope Flow to groove rhythm, coordination, and upper body elasticity. Use Stretching Routines to recover, recalibrate, and keep your joints happy. Drop them in on lighter days—or whenever your body asks for it.
Structured Programming
Every week includes reps, sets, rest, and progression — grounded in athletic development, designed for results.

My Story
I started my fitness journey 20 years ago with bodybuilding and heavy lifting. By 25, injuries and stiffness had me feeling way older than I should.
After tearing my meniscus, I had no choice but to seek out other ways of training. I found bodyweight movement—and became obsessed with learning the handstand.
As I explored gymnastics and calisthenics, animal movements caught my attention. I challenged myself to crawl five minutes a day for a month.
My body instantly felt better. And my passion ignited.
I started finding flow. It wasn’t just physical—it fed my spirit.
I shifted from a “know-it-all bro” to a curious explorer, open to all forms of movement. I dove into Capoeira, fell in love with rhythm, went deeper into handstands, flexibility, parkour, acrobatics.
I learned handstand pushups and muscle-ups. I started swinging kettlebells, maces, ropes. Hanging led to brachiation—swinging like a kid again on monkey bars.
Now, 10 years later, I still train the same way—but for different reasons.
Early on, my ego drove me. I wanted perfect skills. Aesthetic flows.
But today? I train this way because it makes me feel human.
It’s my antidote to modern life.
I already sit too much. I look at screens like everyone else.
So why would I want my training to feel the same?
Touching the ground, getting sun on my back, swinging from bars—this is what reconnects me to nature.
It turns off my mind. It makes me feel wild.
It’s given my physical practice meaning. And completely transformed my body.
Now, I’m always lean, strong, flexible—and I can drop into a deep pancake stretch at any time.
You can have ChatGPT write your perfect workout plan—but it can’t teach you how to flow.
It can’t teach you how to feel your movement and develop your own style.
This isn't for everyone.
Who it's for:
I used to try to make my programs inclusive for everyone, but the honest truth is that this program is not for everyone.
Some people are completely satisfied going to the gym 5 days per week for some lifts and cardio. And I fully respect that. At times, maybe even envy it.
But if you’re the outlier who is seeking some excitement in their training with weird animalistic movements…
The Human Animal Method is for you.
10 years of research has gone into this and I know you’ll enjoy it.
If it resonates with you, let’s take this journey together.

FAQs
How much time does it take each week?
If you use my standard schedule, you’ll have something to do each day of the week!
The Movement and Conditioning days should take around 45 minutes to complete. Up to 60 minutes if you progress to doing more sets. Stretch days are just 20 minutes.
But the schedule is also completely customizable to your own unique needs. You can combine the Movement day with your lifting or running training. However you choose to structure your week, I can help with this just shoot an email to yo@strengthside.com.
What if I’m a beginner?
The first few weeks of the program are very beginner-friendly and there are regressions for most exercises.
What equipment do I need?
Something to hang from is the main thing I suggest having. A doorway pullup bar does the trick.
The equipment I use in the program is a sandbag, rope for ropeflow and monkey bars (local park).
Any movements that require equipment can be left out if you don’t have access to them. For instance, I designed the program knowing some people will not be doing the monkey bars.
Is this follow-along?
No — Movement and Conditioning days are taught through tutorials with sets, reps, and guidance. But as a bonus each week, we offer a follow-along stretching routine.
Can I combine this with lifting or running?
Absolutely. Use this as a standalone plan—or plug in the Movement Day alongside your current workouts.
Is this good for joint pain or stiffness?
Yes. Primal movement restores your body’s natural mobility without “corrective exercises.” Many people report less stiffness and more ease in daily life.
How do I access the program?
Once you sign up, you’ll get a login to our website. No apps needed. New programming is unlocked weekly.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase if it’s not the right fit for you—no questions asked.
