If you're struggling with tight muscles, I've been there.

Chairs, computers and inactivity has made it harder than ever to maintain a healthy body. But if you want to live a full and rewarding life, it's essential to regain strong posture, range of motion and the ability to move freely.

10 years ago, I was a wreck of tight hips that constantly ached, slumped forward shoulders and lower back pain that always popped up at the worst times.

I still exercised a lot, but I was far from the athletic body I wanted. One massive injury made me awaken to my weaknesses; it was time to work on flexibility.

After just a year of working on flexibility with strength...

I went from broken down and out of shape to flexible and strong.

Even more rewarding, however, was experiencing my body becoming open, free, and capable.

In Master Mobility, we'll guide you step by step on how to achieve this transformation for yourself ↓

Master Mobility uses 3 principles

1. Strength with Flexibility

As an adult, we need to use strength to unlock our stiff joints. Strength makes your body feel confident with new positions.

2. Goal-oriented

We aim for 3 goals to track your progress week by week and make sure your stretching is actually working.

3. Use It or Lose It

We combine high-intensity mobility sessions with quick, daily routines. This approach signals to the body to stay open and flexible.

Pursue these goals to transform your body.

Harnessing the power of a goal can unlock motivation we didn't even know we had.

In Master Mobility, we have 3 main goals: The Pike, Horse Stance and Bridge.

These positions focus your mobility efforts into all the big joints of the body. They act as a guide to see your limitations; while giving constant feedback to see if our training is actually improving.

Program details

12 Weekly Programs

Each week, you'll receive new programming aimed at progressively moving you towards our three primary goals: the Pike, Horse Stance, and Bridge. These high-intensity sessions combine strength with flexibility to deliver potent results.

A New Daily Routine Each Week

Our high-intensity mobility sessions require recovery days. However, we use quick daily 10-minute sessions to maintain mobility, following the "use it or lose it" principle. This high frequency approach is key for daily mobility gains. Our goal is to feel capable in any situation, not just after stretching.

40+ Video Tutorials

For each new mobility exercise you’ll receive a short tutorial on how to do it. We made them short enough that you can easily check out the video to refresh your memory while you’re training.

App and Desktop Access

We're excited to announce the launch of Master Mobility on our new Strength Side app. You'll be able to conveniently access your programs, schedule your workouts and track your progress with ease.

FAQs

What’s the time commitment?

For best results, around 2 hours of dedicated training time per week spread out over a schedule of your choosing. The schedule was created to be customizable, so you can always commit even more time.  Plus daily movement snacks to build into your day that keep your body open between sessions.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment necessary other than simple household items. Things that are helpful are: Something to hang from, light bands, yoga blocks or other props, and small weights.

What's the difference between Master Mobility and other Strength Side Programs?

How it’s different from Move Strong Now:

MSN combines strength, mobility and animal movements. It’s a great way to diversify your training and develop strength in all things bodyweight training. Master Mobility is a much deeper dive into Flexibility. While MSN covers all the basics of mobility, Master Mobility get’s more detailed, covers more stretches and drills and works toward bigger positions like horse stance and bridge.

If you want a program that covers EVERYTHING. Strength, mobility and movement then I’d recommend Move Strong Now.

If you have your own strength training, running, or sport practice and you want a program that will help you maintain and gain flexibility… do Master Mobility!

How it’s different from Flexibility Flow:

Flexibility Flow is all follow along routines. It’s a quick and fun way to get your body moving, develop basic flexibility and get some primal movement in. These sessions are generally around 20 minutes long. Flexibility Flow is perfect for beginners or people who want some “light movement” each day.

Master Mobility sessions are longer and can be more potent for getting long lasting results. This is a tutorial based program and not follow-alongs which means this person will be self-motivated to watch videos and perform your sessions each week! These sessions will be closer to 45-60 minutes.

If you’re looking for light and fun way to get in your body, stretch and move, with just pressing play on your screen… Flexibility Flow is for you.

If you’re looking to really take your mobility to the next level and develop larger positions like a back bridge or palms to floor then Master Mobility is for you.

In essence we built Master Mobility for these people:

  • Someone who sits a lot or has identified stiffness to be a problem in their body and wants a program that will help them build into a more flexible person
  • Runners, lifters, fitness enthusiasts and sports hobbyists who want to continue their main training and work on flexibility on the side.
  • Someone who has become a little bored with the training they're doing and wants to take on a new challenge. (This was me about 10 years ago. I was becoming tired of just lifting and thought “hey I’m super inflexible, let’s try to develop a backbridge!”)
Are the workouts follow-along?

The workouts in Master Mobility are not follow-along. Instead, you will receive a program with a tutorial for each exercise, and you will perform them on your own.

How is the program delivered?

Once you purchase the program, you will be able to access through desktop and an app for mobile use.

What if I need assistance with the program?

Josh and Trevor will answer any specific questions through our private Facebook Group or direct email.

What is the refund policy?

If you find that the program doesn’t fit your needs, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

How long do I have access for?

You'll receive lifetime access to Master Mobility, and receive any updates that we make to the program in the future. It's our way of ensuring that you always have the most effective and current mobility training strategies at your disposal.
