How Daily Reps works

  1. Open the app and see your workout for the day. Each day has a different focus: strength, mobility or conditioning. You’ll have 3–4 exercises based on that focus.
  2. Get your Daily Reps in. We give you a rep goal for each exercise. Do them in one session or spread them throughout your day.
  3. Build a daily rhythm. Sessions stay light so you can train every day and still have energy for other activities. A new workout unlocks daily. Miss one? Just pick up where you left off.

How the 8 weeks build

Weeks 1-3: Basics Mastery

Build your foundation and focus on quality reps and good technique.

Weeks 4-6: Reps & Variation

Rep goals increase and new exercise variations are introduced.

Weeks 7-8: Densification

Complete more reps in each set and become more efficient with the movements.

Most people think that doing more is the answer.

More exercises and more workouts.

More weight and more miles.

More sweat equals more gains, right?

Since becoming a father, adding more hasn't worked for me anymore.

I changed my approach: I did a little bit every day.

So little that sometimes, it felt like not enough.

Something interesting happened…

I started to feel better.

I realized I had been stressing my system a lot.

The aging body needs the right amount of exercise to thrive.

Most people are overdoing it.

But something even more interesting happened…

  • I was getting into even better shape.
  • I was building more muscle.
  • I was getting leaner.
  • My mobility was feeling the best it had in years.

I was getting stronger by doing less .

Four things changed when I shortened my workouts.

01

I'm always fresh.

Shorter sessions mean lower fatigue. I recover faster, sleep better and my energy stays high all day.

02

high quality work.

I focus all my energy on 3-4 main movements. Better technique. Stronger lifts. More muscle.

03

Less stress.

I fit training around morning coffee, lunch or family. No long workouts. Just in, do the work, and out.

04

I'm moving more.

I have energy for mobility, handstands, side kicks and movement snacks throughout the day.

My realization:

Small doses done daily is amazing for the body.

You keep blood flow to the joints and muscles.

You build conditioning for real life activities.

And here's the big one that only makes sense when you're older: You don't stress your body too much.

With 2 kids, running a business, taking care of a home and personal life…

I already have enough stress in my life.

Adding workout sessions that leave me sore and fatigued doesn't help.

But doing shorter workouts that focus on mobility, stimulate muscle and nourish my body?

YES.

This is what's keeping me youthful with high-energy levels.

This got me in the best shape I've ever been in, about to turn 40.

Who is Daily Reps for?

Built for real life.

PARENTS.

New mom or dad? Squeeze this in during nap times.

Busy with work and running kids around to school and practices?

This fits in with morning coffee, lunchtime or quickly after work.

BUSY PROFESSIONALS.

If you don't have kids but you're a busy professional with a high stress job... this is for you.

30's AND UP.

Life gets busy and stressful as you get older.

I'm almost 40 and nowadays I'm connecting more with the busy parents and professionals than the 20 year old fitness influencers.

As we grow, it's not all about doing more.

And the kind of boring answer to everything: being consistent.

This is the way for anyone who has a busy life.

Keep getting better at the exercises that matter the most.

We custom built the Daily Reps app.

Why? Simplicity.

The fitness world has become loud.

Social media will have you switching your routines and exercises every day.

I've never felt more decision fatigue in my life.

But for 90% of people, we need to make things simpler.

As you grow older, life becomes more complex.

The last thing you want to do is make your exercise another obstacle to wrestle with.

You don't want to keep switching up what you do because of a random IG Reel you saw.

What we need is to take an extremely basic structure of exercise.

And get REALLY GOOD at it.

Mobility, strength, muscle...

This is how we get into incredible shape.

It's the ability to stick with something simple for 8 weeks.

And to slowly make progress.

Not extremely sexy.

But life-changing.

The app was built around that same idea.

Inside the Daily Reps app

The app keeps everything simple: see your workout, track your reps, complete the day and come back tomorrow.

What's Included

Everything you get in Daily Reps

The complete 8-week Daily Reps program

Train every day with 20–25 minute workouts that combine strength, mobility and conditioning. Each day focuses on 3–4 high bang for your buck exercises. We keep the daily volume low, so you have the energy to train every day.

Your level, with guidance along the way

Most exercises let you choose an Easier, Standard or Harder variation. Each exercise includes a short video tutorial with form and technique cues. The app tracks your reps, shows how many you have remaining and remembers your previous numbers.

Minimal equipment - all you need is a pull-up bar

A pull-up bar is required. Gymnastics rings and a jump rope are recommended. Use a resistance band if you need assistance with chin-ups or pull-ups. A dumbbell, kettlebell or weight vest is optional.

Progress you can measure

Daily Reps opens with a baseline test and closes with a final retest, so you can see how your strength, mobility and conditioning change across the eight weeks.

And a 21-day money-back guarantee

If you don't love the Daily Reps app, you have 21-days to get your money back. Email us at support@strengthside.com for assistance.

What people are saying

Lucy

I just wanted to say thank you because I feel so overstimulated in this world with all the content, all the routines, all the workout plans, and in a way, downloading this app really feels like coming home.

Filippo

I’m not very consistent and long-term plans have never worked. I’ve always preferred bite-sized exercise instead of committing to long sessions, and this hits the spot.

Jason

The intent of the program matched exactly what I am feeling: a full-body workout made for a busy life. With three kids and a full-time job, it’s easy to do a couple exercises in the morning and the remaining later. Knocking out all four is fast and a solid workout on its own. Again, great program!

Julia

I love the simplicity of Daily Reps, and I’m looking forward to doing a little something every day. Thanks for another fantastic program.

Peter

I’ve just started doing Daily Reps! I love the ethos and vibe.

FAQs

What equipment is needed?
  • Pull-Up Bar: The only necessary equipment for this program is a pull-up bar. A doorway pull-up bar is usually pretty inexpensive. You could also use a bar at a park.

Optional, but nice to have:

  • Gymnastics Rings: Great for rows, but they aren’t essential. You can also perform rows underneath a sturdy, stable table.
  • Jump Rope: Used on conditioning days, but we also show you how to do the movement without one.
  • Resistance Bands: If you need assistance for chin-ups and pull-ups.
What happens if I miss a day?

Whenever you come back after missing a few days, you get two options:

  1. Catch up picks up right where you left off, with the next workout in sequence
  2. Skip ahead jumps you forward to the session scheduled for today.

That way you can either work through everything sequentially or stay locked into your weekly structure, whichever you prefer.

One limit: if you've missed more than seven days, catching up is the only option. Skipping that far ahead would mean losing meaningful progress in the program.

Can I look ahead at future workouts?

Daily Reps is designed to be followed one day at a time. You can revisit workouts you have already completed, but future workouts cannot be previewed or completed early.

How is the week structured?

Each week includes three strength days, three mobility days and one conditioning day. Each session has 3–4 exercises and generally takes 20–25 minutes.

Can I combine Daily Reps with other workouts or physical activites?

Yes. Daily Reps is designed to be flexible and can work alongside other workouts, sports and activities.

On more active days, you can pair your other training with a shorter mobility session. If a tougher strength or conditioning workout comes up, you can save it for a day when you have more time and energy.

The daily volume is fairly low, but it still adds up. Listen to your body and adjust the reps or exercise variation when needed.

What exercises are in Daily Reps?

Daily Reps includes about 20 main exercises, along with easier and harder variations. You will only see 3–4 exercises each day.

Movements include bodyweight squats and lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, rows, hanging knee raises, couch stretch, crawls, crab, jump rope, burpees and more.

How long will I have access to Daily Reps?

When you buy Daily Reps, it's yours. You’ll have access for as long as we continue to operate the app.

Can I repeat the program after eight weeks?

Yes - you can go back and repeat the program as often as you’d like. Your last used level is saved for every exercise, so a fresh run picks up exactly where you left off.

Do you offer refunds?

Give the Daily Reps app 21 days. If it's not for you, email us and we'll refund you.
