Warmup:

  • Dead Hang x30-60 sec for 1-2 sets
  • Head Taps x30 sec for 1-2 sets

Routine:

  • Side to Side Swing x30-60 sec for 1-2 sets
  • Brachiation 1-2 cycles for 5 sets
  • Free Play with Changing Directions for 5-10 minutes

Sandbag Workout

  • Deadlift x3 reps for 3-4 sets
  • Bear Hug Carry x30 sec for 3 sets

Optional:

  • Lift to Shoulder x2 reps each side for 2 sets
