Monkey Bar Brachiation Guide
Warmup:
- Dead Hang x30-60 sec for 1-2 sets
- Head Taps x30 sec for 1-2 sets
Routine:
- Side to Side Swing x30-60 sec for 1-2 sets
- Brachiation 1-2 cycles for 5 sets
- Free Play with Changing Directions for 5-10 minutes

Sandbag Workout
- Deadlift x3 reps for 3-4 sets
- Bear Hug Carry x30 sec for 3 sets
Optional:
- Lift to Shoulder x2 reps each side for 2 sets
- Shoulder Carry x30 sec for 2 sets
