Strength Side LLC (“Strength Side,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and gives you choices regarding the personal information we collect through StrengthSide.com, our store, digital programs, memberships, and the Strength Side mobile app, including the Reps program.

This page explains how to exercise those choices. For more information about our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information.
• Access the personal information we maintain about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Receive a portable copy of certain personal information.
• Withdraw consent you previously provided.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• Opt out of targeted advertising.
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
• Appeal a decision we make regarding a privacy request.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. However, deleting information needed to provide a feature may prevent that feature from working.

Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.

However, some privacy laws may consider certain uses of third-party advertising, analytics, cookies or similar website technologies to be a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising—even when no money is exchanged.

You may opt out of these activities by selecting Your Privacy Choices or Cookie Settings on our website and disabling advertising or targeting cookies.

You may also email yo@strengthside.com with the subject line Privacy Opt-Out.

Where required by law, we process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.

Your selections may apply only to the browser or device you are using. If you clear your cookies, use another device or browser, or are not signed in, you may need to submit your choices again.

Reps and Workout Information

The Strength Side app does not connect to Apple Health and does not request access to health, fitness, or motion data stored on your device.

Information you choose to enter into Reps—such as exercises, repetitions, progress, streaks and workout notes—is used to provide and maintain the app features you request.

We do not sell Reps workout information or use or disclose it for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising or data-broker activity.

Some laws may classify workout or activity information as consumer health data. Where applicable, you may request to:

• Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data.
• Access your consumer health data.
• Receive information about parties with whom it has been shared.
• Withdraw any consent you previously provided for its collection or sharing.
• Delete your consumer health data.
• Appeal our refusal to act on a request.

We do not sell consumer health data.

Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your Strength Side app account from within the app:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

You may also request deletion by emailing yo@strengthside.com with the subject line Delete My Account.

Account deletion is separate from canceling a paid subscription. You must cancel recurring payments through the platform or service through which you purchased the subscription.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, subject to limited exceptions permitted or required by law. For example, we may retain certain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or legal-compliance records. Information stored in backups may remain until those backups are securely overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Marketing and Notifications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by selecting the Unsubscribe link included in those emails.

You may control app push notifications through your device settings. Transactional or service-related messages—such as account, security or purchase notices—may still be sent when necessary.

Submit a Privacy Request

To exercise a privacy right, email:

Use the subject line Privacy Request and include:

• Your name.
• The email address associated with your account or purchase.
• The right you want to exercise.
• Enough information for us to understand your request.

Please do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information provided for verification only to authenticate and process the request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when we cannot reasonably verify your identity, the request conflicts with legal obligations, or an applicable exception applies.

Authorized Agents

Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request for you.

We may require proof that the agent has permission to act on your behalf and may contact you directly to verify your identity and authorization. These requirements may not apply when an agent holds a legally valid power of attorney.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing yo@strengthside.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal.

Include your original request and explain why you believe our decision should be reconsidered. We will review and respond to the appeal as required by applicable law.

Additional Rights Outside the United States

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
